いつもお世話になっております。
この度は御社並びにお客様に多大なご迷惑をお掛けしました事
深くお詫び申し上げます。

前回の誤出荷を教訓に作業対応を進めていたつもりでございますが
現場での再確認と言う所での手抜きが発生し、今回の誤出庫を
発生させてしまいました。

現状作業といたしまして、入庫されてきた製品（パレットに積まれた物）を
モデル、ロット毎に仕分けし、1パレットには1モデル、1ロットと言う状態で
保管をこなっているのですが、今回この作業で、2バッグ混載して
積込をおこなっておりました。

また、仕分けされたパレットには弊社、バーコードシステム用のラベルを貼付し
管理させておりましたが、此処で作業者がラベルだけを見て作業を行っており
肝心の製品のロットを確認しておりませんでした。

また、出荷時（トラック積込時）に行う製品ダブルチェックについても、出荷用に
パレットに積込みを行いフィルム巻を行っている事から数量のみのチェックを
行っておりました。

今後、入荷時点でのチェックの強化（仕分け要員とチェック要員を別々にする）を
行い、パレットの仕分けミスを行う。

出荷時点での最終確認をリーダーにより行わせる。

また、今回手抜き作業をリーダークラスが見抜けなかったと言う事で月3回程度の
状況確認を小職並びにローカルマネージャーにて行う事としております。

ご迷惑をお掛けし申し訳ございませんでした。
なお、先程大前様からご連絡頂きました、製品引取りの件でございますが
弊社がご迷惑をお掛けした事ですので、ご指示に従うつもりでございます。
