私たちは二ヶ月間の研修でたくさんの教育を受けて、すばらしい経験をすることができました。トレーナーの皆様、親身になって教えてくださり、ありがとうございました。さらに技能を教えてくださるだけでなく、観光にも連れて行ってくださり、ご親切に感謝しております。日本に初めて来た研修生も多かったからです。

また、ブリヂストンで生産している、世界で一番大きいタイヤを製造する現場をじかに見られたこと、その世界最大のタイヤと一緒に記念撮影ができたことも、私たちにとってはとても感動的でした。タイではもちろん、これほど大きなタイヤの製造現場を見ることはできません。

BSTMTへ戻ったら、いよいよ生産が始まります。災害を出さず、ケガをせずに、そして品質のいいタイヤを作れるよう、今回の研修で学んだことを活かして最大限の努力を払います。
