他に問題が無ければ、スペア品に交換した方が、検査は安定するはずです。

しかし、依然 No1端子間にAC１００V近く印加されていることが問題です。


１つ確認して欲しいのですが、

ｍΩダミー検査モード（手動切り替え時）に、
もう１度、端子間の電圧を３箇所測定して下さい。

その時に、MS24D4のリレーが「ON ： LED点灯」しているか、
６個のMS24D4リレーを目視で確認して下さい。
（回路切り替えが異常かどうかの判断をしたいので・・・）
