株式会社IHI機械システム、印刷機事業譲渡のお知らせ 当社の子会社である株式会社IHI機械システム（以下「IMS」）は、株式会社小久保精密へ印刷機事業の譲渡を決議しましたのでお知らせいたします。

１．本件事業譲渡の目的
IMSの印刷機事業（以下「本事業」）は、ビジネスフォーム印刷機および印刷適性試験機の製造・販売を行っています。
株式会社小久保精密は、長年にわたり印刷適性試験機の製造にかかわってきたIMSの協力会社です。
IMSの大・中型産業機械に注力するという事業方針に基づき本事業の譲渡について株式会社小久保精密と合意に至りました。

２．本件事業譲渡期日
平成25年10月１日
