お疲れ様です。
既にジッチマさんより手順書に通りにCTAの積込みが行われたことをご報告いたします。

また、今回輸送業者が今まで使用していた業者と違うということを発送担当から聞きました。
詳細については月曜日に確認し報告いたします。

調査結果
製品の積込みから輸送状況で温度が30℃を上回るような状況は確認されなかった。
また、タイの法令上トラックは60㎞/h以下で走らなければならないためコラートから集配所まで7時間程度時間を要していました。

30℃を超える原因として最も疑わしいのは発電機及びトラックドライバー起因と思われます。
1) 故意に発電機の電源を切った。
2) 故意にコンテナ内の温度設定を変更した。
3) 発電機の燃料切れを起こした。
4) 発電機の調子が悪い。

以上のことから、今後以下の点を手順書に追加して輸送中の30℃超えを防ぎます。
1) 発電機の確認(発電機の状態確認(計器の動きが安定しているか)、燃料の残量確認と給油状況の確認(給油したら連絡をする等)
2) コネクターの接続状態の確認
3) コンテナの温度設定15℃
*今回輸送業者にコンテナ内にデータロガーを積んでいることを連絡致しました。故意にコンテナ内の温度変更や発電機と止められないため

また、今回以下2点について試験調査を実施致しましたのでご報告いたします。
1. コンテナ温度15℃設定にした時の積込み後のコンテナの温度分布
今回、外気温が30℃近辺であったため積込み直後からコンテナ内の温度が30℃以下になってしまいました。
天候により参考となるデータがとることができませんでした。
2. コラートから集配所までの輸送調査
詳細は添付資料をご確認ください。
輸送中特にコンテナ内の温度が30℃を超えるような原因なる行為は確認されませんでした。
(時々休憩の為にトラックを路上駐車させておりました。駐車スペースの問題や視角になる場合もありましたので
全てを完璧に確認できたわけでありません)

昨日、第三回目の出荷の温度分布の結果を頂きました。
第一回目の出荷の結果を頂く前に出荷した製品で第一回目と同じ方法で出荷したものになります。

実使用するコンテナでのテストは明日実施致しますが、冷蔵コンテナの電気の供給を工場側からトラックに
変更し工場を出た直後から温度上昇がみられます。その後4時間後から30℃以下の温度になっています。
以上のことから20℃設定ではコンテナ内を30℃以下に保てない可能性が高いと考えられます。
明日の出荷時の温度を15℃設定で実施したいと考えております。
トラックのバッテーリー側に問題がある可能性もありますので、工務と共に確認を致します。

また、コラート工場からバンコクの集配所までの輸送については私自身がトラックを追っかけて状況確認致します。
(コラート工場からバンコク(集配所 スワナプーン空港近く)まで約6時間30分の時間を要しているため。
輸送に時間が掛かり過ぎているため確認を実施)

斎野取締役からのご依頼のありましたプロトコルの厳守と日本人の立ち合いについては私が責任を持って行います。

誤解が生じているかもしれませんのでご説明させて頂きます。
KLTでは前回作成頂いたプロトコルについて厳守しております。結果的に工場から港までの間コンテナ内の温度が30℃を
超えてしまったのが現状です。考えられる原因は下記に記します。
プロトコルの変更については、6月18日に堀井さんにご連絡致しました通り、実際に使用するコンテナを出荷1日前にコラート
工場に付けてもらい温度分布を確認したうえで変更を実施致します。
6月30日の問い合わせの件ですが、6月18日に既に堀井さんに回答をさせて頂いております。

現在までの経緯と今後の対応についてご説明致します。
1)6月25日:KLTコンテナにて製品積込み後の温度状況確認実施
コンテナ内の温度が30℃以下にならなかった理由として、電気的なトラブル(接続の緩み)があったか、温度設定20℃が
プロトコルとは違っていたと結論付けられると思います。 (上記は発送前のKLTの確認事項になります。)
添付の報告書からも製品積込み後約10分後にデータロガ―が30℃以下を示しております。
これについては製品積込み上改善ができない問題ですが吉澤さんより「積み込み後10分間程度であれば、顧客受け入れ
上の障害にはならないので問題ありません。」との回答を頂いております。
2)発送1日前にコンテナをKoratに付けてもらい温度分布を再度取り直します。
本結果を持ってプロトコルの変更を実施します。
但し、KLT KoratのWarehouseに確認すると発送スケジュールが決定していないといっております。
*当方の再度確認致しますが、ご確認及びご連絡宜しくお願い致します。

一回目は、温かい段ボール(CTA)をリーファーコンテナに入れ、段ボール(CTA)全体が低温まで落ちないでData DataLoggerを入れた為、30度超えて営業的に返品をくらいそうになりました(結果31度でしたが、勘弁してもらった)。
今回は返品はくらわないように、プロとコール順守且つ日本人の方の立ち会いをお願いします。
