エンジニアリングサービス業務覚書

IHI Machine Tech Asia CO.,Ltd(以下ＩＭＴＡと称す)は株式会社ＩＨＩ機械システム（以下ＩＭＳと称す）の産業機械の東南アジア製作に関する事前調査において以下のエンジニアリングサービスを行うことに合意した。

記

1. ＩＭＴＡは、ＩＭＳの産業機械の東南アジア製作に関する事前調査において、ＩＭＳから指定されたＩＭＳ製品の製作の可能性、品質の確保、価格調査においてエンジニアリングサービス（調査）を行う。
2. ＩＭＴＡは、部品製作、製作価格調査において、製作候補ベンダーに対し該当品の要求スペックを適切に説明すること。本事項には図面表記されないＩＭＳ独自の要求も適時説明にすることも含む。
3. 製品組立完成をタイ国チョンブリ県内で行いかつタイ国からの輸出を考慮して候補ベンダー選定を行いエンジニアリングサービス（調査）を行うこと。
4. 調査完了時に、部品、候補ベンダー、価格、期待される品質、特記事項を網羅した調査報告書をＩＭＳに提出する。
5. 本エンジニアリングサービス（調査）は2015年4月～2015年9月に行う
6. ＩＭＴＡは本エンジニアサービス（調査）に要した人件費、出張費、経費をＩＭＳに請求でき、ＩＭＳは請求内容を精査し合意を行い、支払いを行うものとする。
