検証経緯：SE耐久試験にて現行フレームでサイドパネル、ジョイントパイプ部の溶接外れが発生。
現状の生産品にて溶接強度が保たれているか検証を実施する。

供試品：φ19.1 ｔ＝1.6 フレームパイプ
φ15.9 ｔ＝1.2 ジョイントパイプ
サイドパネル ｔ＝1.2
