第11 条 決裁された稟議事項は、起案部門においてその内容を遵守し、遅滞なく実施し
なければならない。
２ 実施に際し、決裁内容を変更する必要がある場合は、改めて修正もしくは変更
の稟議を起案し、決裁を受けなければならない。
３ 決裁日もしくは実施予定日より３カ月を超えても実施されない決裁はその効力を
失う。
