１．ＢＳＩＮ-Ｋ：フォローアップ自主診断(ＦＳﾄﾗｲｱﾙ診断)実施の経緯
(１）フォローアップ自主診断を各ＳＢＵにて実施する旨決定済み。(2013.2月：ＧＣＣ)
(２）ＢＳＡＰとしてはＴＢＳＣ-ＮでフォローアップＧＭＰ診断(ＦＧ診断)を実施中で、次の優先工場としてＢＳＩＮ-ＫのＦ診断を実施する。
(３）ＢＳＡＰとして、ＦＳ診断は初めてなので、ＧＭＰに支援頂くＦＳトライアル診断とする。
２．目的
(１）フォローアップ自主診断によりＢＳＩＮ-Ｋの課題を洗い出し、改善を推進する。
(２）ＢＳＡＰでの今後のＦＳ診断の為、ＧＭＰの支援による共同評価・診断を実施し、ＡＰＴＣ診断士育成を推進する。 （ＲＴＡ：ＢＳＩＮ-Ｋ発行)

(２）ＦＳ診断開始： 2014年3月
(３）ＦＳ診断判定会議： 2014年6月
