早速ですが、御連絡頂きました件につきまして下記連絡申し上げます。

現在使用しようとしている端子につきましては隅山様からお聞きしたとおり、相手タブ端子に嵌合後電線を軽く引っ張って頂き、ロックが掛かって端子が抜け無い事を御確認願います。
端子が抜けなければ、電気的・性能的に問題はございません。

端子が抜けなかった製品がその後組成変形して、ギャップが広がって接続不良が発生する事はありません。

できれば、不具合端子と問題が無い端子の下記写真をまずは送信頂けませんでしょうか？
・端子嵌合部側から撮った拡大写真
・端子を上側から撮った拡大写真
・端子を下側から撮った拡大写真

併せて、下記現物品を御発送願います。
・端子抜けが発生したハーネス
・端子抜けの問題が無いハーネス
・不具合品が発生したと御連絡頂いたリール（添付写真）から20個ほどカットした端子（未圧着品）
・相手嵌合タブ 数個

当端子の材料は変更しておりません。
端子抜けが発生する原因として下記が考えられます。

TEにて端子製造時の成形不具合
ハーネスメーカーにて
・アプリケータが弊社の正規品を使用していない場合。

上記の通り、原因はいろいろあります為現物を確認しないと判断ができません。
弊社製造時に問題がなかったか確認する為に、圧着前のリール品からのサンプルをお願いする次第です。
