マナーを守らない一部ファンの方による出待ち・入り待ち・追っかけ行為をやめて頂きたいと、
公式サイトを通じて、これまで何度か注意をさせて頂きましたが、
残念ながら守って頂けないファンの方が多数おります。

一部の方の行動により、
EXOとは全く関係のない一般の方からも抗議が入っております。
また、空港など公共機関に多くの迷惑をおかけしており、
問題として提起されている現状があります。
このような状態が、これ以上続くと、EXOが日本への出入国を拒否され、
日本での活動は出来なくなります。

また、あまりにも目にあまる場合には、ファンクラブの会員様であった場合、
ファンクラブ退会処分や、今後のEXOのライブやイベントへの参加をお断りすると
いったような、対処せざるを得ない状況になってしまいます。

マナーを守って応援してくださるファンの皆様がいる中、
このような注意を再三に渡り行う事に、不快に思われる方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、
これからもEXOが日本でも活躍し、
たくさんの方々に応援して頂きたい為、ご理解頂ければと思います。
