NSPで品質管理を担当させて頂いている上野と申します。

Weerasak様にメールアドレスをお聞きしメールを送付させていただきました。



この度は、カラー102のφ31.8径小にて大変ご迷惑をおかけし誠に申しわけ

ございません。本件は、弊社での書類管理ミスにより旧の図面（φ31.75）が使用

され、公差外約10um（径小）品が発生しております。御社より対象Lotが返却され、

8396pcs を弊社で保留しております。

書類管理の問題につきましては、新書類の発行時、旧を回収のしてから新書類

発行のルールが守られていない問題があり、全部署の部門長、書類管理スタッフを

招集し、書類管理ルールを再度説明、旧の返却なしに新の発行はない旨説明して

おります。QMRがこのフォローを継続して行って参ります。



ところで本件ですが、数量も8396個と多く、可能であれば特採という形でのご使用を

お願いしたいのですが、ご検討の余地はございますでしょうか。
