ただ、１）については、何のことかわかりません。10/22は私はタイには行っていないので、Ms. SiriphenがLTOに行った時の宿題だと思いますが、その後の彼女のメール（添付しました）にはこの話は無いように見えますが・・・。
何か対応の必要があるなら、改めてLTOの論点をご教示ください。
それと、よくわからないのですが、陳述書とは先日の打ち合わせで出てきた内容の確認ではないのですか？本件、何も出てこなかったと思いますが・・・（私の勘違いならすみません）。
２）は、当方で詰めている修正申告との関連が一部あると思われます。従って、本件だけ6月中に説明しても中途半端にしか答えられず、仕方ないと考えます。8月上旬に、修正申告の説明と同時またはその後でご説明したいと思いますが・・。
LTOが6月末までに説明せよということですが、私とBussabaは、6月が1年のなかで一番忙しい時期で、2015年度の決算締めで謀殺されます（7月上旬に、御社Auditorに決算を締めて、財務諸表を提出する必要があります）。また、それが終わっても、7月中は御社のAuditorからの質疑対応があるのと、私の方は、インドネシアのPE申告が7月末までなので、その対応に忙殺されます。従って、8月上旬までは対応は不可能です。（今まで2年強の間、遅々として進まなかったのに、なぜこの一番忙しい時期に、大至急やれと言ってくるのか、個人的には全く理解できませんが・・・）。
以上ですが、どう対応すればいいか、ご教示ください。
