平素は椿本チエインおよびTATが大変お世話になっております。

早速ですがKAPご担当者よりラックカッター購入でトラブルが発生していると相談があり
昨日、工場見学の際にお話をさせていただきました。

これまでの経緯でKAP殿がカッター図面なしで生産活動されていたことなどをお聴きして
至らなかった点が多々あったと反省しております。

カッターの購入については
これまで椿本チエイン仕様図 図面番号での手配をされていたことよりSSKより問題提起されたと理解しております。
椿本の図面番号は社内流動を念頭に置いており、適時設計変更、仕様変更、図面末梢等々が発生すること、
今後、椿本チエイン本体で使用しない製品も発生する可能性があることよりKAP殿で刃具メーカーと仕様を取交し
KAP仕様図でのカッター購入をすることをお勧めしました。

TATでもラック加工内製化を進めていた経緯もあり、SSKとの以外の商社の紹介もさせて頂いております。

１． SSKへの継続オーダー
SSKより椿本への配慮があったということですので、KAP仕様図作成をお勧めします。

２． DICKSへのオーダー
TATにてラック加工検討時に採用予定していた購入先です。
DICKSはタイ進出を進めておられるそうです。（昨日、連絡先をお伝えしています。）
代理店等の準備も進めておられており輸入販売とはなりますがタイでの手配が可能になりそうだと聴いております。
DICKS（第一工商社）渡辺課長には情報として伝えておきましたので見積だけでも取られると良いと思います。

★カッタ―は基本基準面を押さえておけば被削物の図面の提示でカッター製作は可能と考えます。
