保留品処置について



処置されて新規に保留になったものがあるかも知れませんが



短期保留品 ：先週の７ページから本日８．５ページに増加しています。



試験で歩留低下にて保留品で品名で複数ロットが保留になっているものも

あり、ウェハー若しくは品名の実力？と思われるものもあります。



ユーザークレームで短期保留も有り2～3日以内で解除できるなら短期でも

良いですが、解除できなければ長期へ変更すべきロットも有る様です。



*短期保留は計画上仕掛として見るため、計画がある場合に流さないと減産となります。





長期保留品 ：先週の８ページから変わりません。

歩留低下品は良品と不良を分割して良品は次工程へ流動、不良は長期保留

が目立ちます。仕掛が本当の不良ならば不良を通常仕掛で計上していることに

なります。回収が出来るのであれば指示を出す必要があります。



先週に保留品処置の指示を出してもらいましたが、対応されていると思えません。

不良内容から指示を出すべき部署は、ロット単位でいつ解除するのか確認しない限り

処置されないと思われます。誰か若しくは部署で進捗を管理しないと減りそうにありません。

検討をお願いします。
