雨季の時にゲル化事故を毎年のように起こしてます。

充填時に窒素パージを行うようにしていますが、水分のコンタミを防ぐ対策の指導をお願いします。
たしか群馬工場は外注してると認識してますが、できれば外注先でのタンク（おそらく固定の釜だと思いますが）、充填装置、N2パージ方法、N2パージ時のN2量測定？（ちゃんとパージされているかの確認方法）
品質規格（水分量等）あと、埼玉工場には密閉式タンクで移動できる物があると聞いています。
そのようなタンクがあれば写真や図面等を用意出来ますか？こちらで導入しようと考えいます。
N2パージ以外にCO2パージで行けますか？
バッチサイズは３４５kgと８００kgで行っています。
