復旧連絡は実施している通りとなりますが、ご質問頂いた原因と対策について、現時点出来る範囲で回答させて頂きます。

国際メールサーバ（MSDP02A）において、Dominoサーバが動作遅延、接続不可が発生。
20日は保守ベンダー調査でBackupソフトが問題のメモリー障害と、mail.boxの破損が原因と想定との調査結果あり。
21日はmail.boxの破損が再発していると考え、mail.boxの作り直しで復旧措置を実施。
mail.box作り直しにより退避したメールには134MBのメール1通を確認し、このメールが原因の可能性も疑う。
22日にVirusソフトの設定が初期設定に戻った事で、VirusチェックがDomino領域に実行された事での負荷高騰が原因とも思われたが、
設定戻し後も改善なく、別原因を調査進めた中で、Logにもエラー表示されていたMHIアドレス帳DB(names-mg.nsf)が原因の可能性を調査し、
DB直接参照やメールからのアドレス帳検索には支障が出ていないが、サーバ間でのレプリカ更新実施時にDominoサーバが不安定な事象となる事を発見。
names-mg.nsfに対して修復コマンドを実施するが、修復する事が出来ず、BackupサーバであるMSDP02Bよりnames-mg.nsfを作り直す事で復旧。
作り直したDBではレプリカ更新時の不具合は発生しなかった事を確認。

現時点では本対策が有効であるか様子見中の状況であります。
