本社側ではタイ松尾の新しいＩＰの設定を行ったと思いますが、本日e-Value（外部アクセス）を入ってみました。
添付ファイルよりメッセージがありました。今まで使用するユーザー名、パスワードを入れたら、「Ｐｅｒｍｉｓｓｉｏｎ Ｄｅｎｉｅｄ」の画面がありました。

普通のe-Value（10.10.10.82）からアクセスも不可です。

どう進めれば、宜しいでしょうか？
