弊社 大高（[e-mail]）よりメールアドレスを聞き及び、ご連絡させていただきました。
失礼の段、ご容赦ください。
さて、表題の件、お願いがございまして、メールをお送りさせていただきました。
昨年末、御社ドメイン「@honda.th.com」からの電子メールが、弊社へ届かない事例が発生いたしました。
原因を調査しましたところ、親ドメインにあたる「@th.com」が「SPAMHAUS」のブロックリストに登録されており、
解除申請を行い復旧しましたが、今月に入っても１回発生しております。
「@th.com」からスパムメールが送信され、その結果ドメイン全体が「SPAMHAUS」でブロックされたものと考えられます。
つきましては、「@th.com」メールシステム管理者の方を、ご紹介いただけませんでしょうか。
本件の詳細、特に対策につきまして、ご確認させていただければと思います。
