TBC殿向け塗装エンド材のP2トライアルで発生した黒粉の件、添付の通りの調査状況です。
TBC殿他社材も少なくなってきているとのお話もあり、まずはメールにて調査状況、
今後の進め方について提案させていただきたく、ご連絡します。
 
この黒粉発生はカットエッジラフという名称で以前より経験のあるものです。
シェル成形時に表面の滑りが悪い等の理由で成形抵抗が大きいと蓋の外周部分のアルミが
カウンターシェルの方向に入り込みづらくなり、ユニットデプスが小さくなり、
結果カール前の蓋が大きくなり、蓋のエッジが金型と擦れて粉が出ると考えられています。
 
今回はカール前の蓋はないのですが、カール後の蓋や、板の表面の滑り性の結果から、
このような原因と推定しています。
 
しかし、なぜ、成形抵抗が大きくなったのか(滑りだけではないかもしれません)に
ついては他社材、UATHのP1材や、P2のOK材と比較してもそれほど大きな差異はなく、

いますのでご参照いただければと思います。
 
弊社としては原因が現時点不明であるので、まずは次の３つを進めさせていただきたく、
TBC殿に提案させていただきたいと思います。
 
１．P2トライアルでNGとなり保留となった107909-210というコイルをご返品頂き、
調査を継続する。
 
２．一方、既に製造、または納入済のP2材で、弊社2回目、3回目の製造チャンスの
ものをTBC殿にｎ増しとしてご使用いただき、弊社技術スタッフも立ち会いさせていただく。
