ラノア王国、魔法都市シャリーア。

学生の多く住むこの都市の一角に、問題を抱えた一件のお家がありました。
築１００年。ルーデウス邸。
この家の抱える問題、それは……。

『幽霊屋敷』

古びた外見は洋館のようにも見えますが、
苔むして、枯れた蔦の絡まったその姿は、不気味の一言。

この家に住もうとしているのが、
依頼人のルーデウス・グレイラットさん。
元A級冒険者にして、現在は魔法大学の学生さん。
結婚するというので家を買ったものの、佇まいに不満が噴出したようです。

この家には、どんな問題があるのでしょうか。
