5/22AMに播磨工場にて木山様、奥谷様に本件について内容を説明させて頂き、
調査事項、原因対策、対象範囲等の報告書のまとめ版については
明日5/26までに送信致します。

KG：納入業者識別記号（かがつうの意）
A：金型番号（No.1型＝A、No.2型＝B）
150130：プレス加工日（15：西暦末尾２桁、01：月、30：日）
-１：追番（2,000個/袋ごとに付与される）
＜ロットの定義＞
＊同一プレス、同一期日、同一金型での加工を同一ロットとする。
＊寸法関連部品交換・金型セット時は別ロットにする。
＊寸法検査は同一ロット範囲を検査単位とし測定確認するが、外観検査は出荷単位で実施する。
