11月26日にDSTTで、スタータイ製PGG（RB０１）カラーで全長が約0.6mm短いワークが1個発見されました。
STARの履歴を確認しましたところ、

12月5日に日本に到着予定の以下のPGGに当該トラブルにより全長不足のカラーが入っている可能性が
あります。

つきましては、播磨にて以下のLOTの選別の実施をお願いいたします。

詳細・トラブルの内容は以下の通りです。

・PGG品番：A300
・LOT番号：S24Y181
・対象数量：6993個
※なおマニュアルでのバー材の送り出しが規定より長い場合は、長い部分は切削されるため、NG品がない可能性もあります。

２．選別方法

全長がNGのため全長測定をお願いすることになると思います。

コネクター側の短面の全長が不足している可能性がある。


今回発見されたNGポイントは以下の通りです。

４．不具合の詳細
今回発見されたNGに発生原因は以下の通り。
【原因】STARのNC旋盤ライン＃601で9月29日以降バー材の自動送り出し装置が作動NGで停止した。
停止時に、手動でバー材を送り出して、再稼動の作業を継続した。
今回のNG品は手動で送り出した時に製造したものである。

【同様な対応を過去に実施したかを調査】
STARの生産履歴を確認した結果、
マシンの送り出し装置のNGは、＃601のみで発生。9月9日以下8回発生していた。
DSTTの生産履歴を確認した結果、DCへ輸送中のPGGに当該NG品が含まれている可能性がある。
※STARでは、全数検査を実施していますが、バリ・形状確認であった。検査途中で2個は発見されている。

【現在の対応】
STARでは以下の対策を実施（11月28日に訪問し確認）
（１）11月22日に送り出し装置（センサー）を取り替えている
（２）11月27日より異常処置手順を見直して、マシン停止には歯具交換と同じく寸法を検査して
問題ないことを確認し、寸法データを保管する。

※DSTTの製造工程ではコネクター側の全長が短い場合、工程内をスルーする可能性があるため。
スターには追加として、全数全長検査を導入することを要請。（冶具管理）
