サンリットのカラーで白色の汚れが発生しておりDSTTで選別をせざるを得ない状況です。



DSTTは、外注に出せない（EVヘッダー仕掛品）選別・他の日本カラーの選別対応（毎日選別して翌日投入）のため
サンリットのカラーの選別まで手が回りません。

過去に同様の状態（見た目）のワークを評価した結果、環境試験後にリークが発生するためNGであることが判明しております。
既に日本にNGサンプルを送付しておりますが、もしOKかの確認をするためには評価に時間がかかりますのでそれまで選別を待てない状況です。

今後の対応

１）今週は土日対応でDSTTで選別

２）来週より外部で選別を開始する。

３）日本でNG品に異物の成分がサンリット工程の物であれば、今までのDSTTの選別・外注選別分はダイセルに請求する。
