XRDやXAFS測定結果からほぼアモルファス相を有しているamor-CuTiHF, CuTi(473) HF, CuTi(573) HFのTiの組成比は2 at%であったのに対し、結晶相を有しているCuTi(673)HF, CuTi(773) HF, CuTi(873) HFのTiの組成比は3-8 at%と少しTiが残った。
