TPC reserves the right to check the qualification of the Contractor’s technicians such as welder, inspector, etc. Test tools and instruments shall be prepared by the Contractor and shall be calibrated with valid calibration records before performing shop test.12.1.5 During the Project execution period, TPC will dispatch its personnel or assignee to audit/survey Quality Assurance Program based on that approved by TPC/Engineer.12.1.6 TPC/Engineer will perform shop tests and inspection based on Inspection and Test Plan that approved by TPC/Engineer, and shall have the right and the Contractor shall have the obligation to arrange TPC/Engineer to visit its factory and/or its distributed Subcontractor(s) factory to inspect the manufacturing progress and to audit the quality control status and witness all shop tests of the equipment. The proposed foreign or local Subcontractors shall allow the witness of all tests at factory as per schedule.
