主催者は、展示会が開催される土地建物が社会情勢もしくは天災・事故などにより発生した施設上の諸問題、その他不可抗力により開催が不適当であると認められる場合は、自身の判断によって会期を変更、もしくは開催の中止をすることがあります。


主催者はこれによって生ずる損害・費用の増加・その他の不利な事態については責任を負わないものとします。
