本題ですが、カラー外径がNG（スモールサイズ）の場合、弊社の樹脂成型工程で、金型とカラーにクリアランスが発生し、
最悪の場合、樹脂バリで製品としては破棄、金型破損となってしまいます。

今回のカラー外径寸法データを見る限り、樹脂バリについてはテスト実施可、樹脂成型確認し、
問題なければ使用可能になる可能性有りと考えます。


ですので、特採申請をご提出頂き、弊社評価を行った結果にて、使用可否判断とさせて下さい。
